Graduate with dual degree in Arts and Tourism (B.A.Tourism) from College of Vocational Studies in 1988 and Post Graduation Diploma in Tourism from College of Vocational Studies in 1990, Delhi University.
Hold certificates in Basic Fares & Ticketing Course IATA (International Air Transport Association) from Geneva in 1993, Basic Fares and Ticketing Seminar with Air Canada Airlines in 1995 and Advance Fares and Ticketing Course with Emirates Airlines in 1999.
Associated with IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) for around five years as Tourism Counsellor for their various Travel & Tourism Courses ranging for shorter and longer duration of 6 months to 1year and maximum up to 3 years.
During my career touching little over three decades, had worked in different verticals of Travel Industry which are Travel Agency, Tour Operation, Airlines, Hotel Sales & Marketing, Destination Management Companies (DMC), Tourism Boards, International Travel Media and liaison with various High Commissions & Embassy for destination awareness and promotion among Indian market.

To sum up with regard to my professional experience, I have been fortunate to work in different verticals and with reputed organisations in domestic and inbound tour operators, travel agency, international airlines, hotel sales and representations for both domestic and international markets, International theme parks, International Travel Media House, organising media fam trips in international markets, working on sales, marketing, strategies, budgets, Media, PR and various B2B and B2C activities for Embassy, High Commissions, International Tourism Boards and DMCs.
